I want to give a special thank you to Deepak of Teamviewer. He helped with assisting me remotely to getting my PC run smoothly again. I had down loaded the newest version of PCoptimizerPro which was giving me problems at start up. Then within a few days later, PCoptimizer had another download. I figured this one might be a correction for the start up issue. This download did not recognized I had already downloaded it. It keep asking me to upgrade again and again. Even though each time it told me the download was complete. It just keep asking me to download again. While searching for what to do about trouble shooting, a chat box popped up, which lead me to getting assistance from the Teamviewer. Teamviewer's support program had remotely went through my computer to see what the problem was and corrected it. I have recommended Pcoptimizer to others as a way to correct issues that seem to a bog down their PC's system from playing Facebook games. I have had it for several years now and my PC runs more smoothly after I have fixed issues that it had found to being errors. Again Thanks,

For the past week I have been struggling to get my license registration to work. I had been on the line with live support before during this week but always seemed to have the system go down. Needless to say that today I got a hold of your customer support Operator 5 "Gagan" and stayed with me walking me through the license registration in a very simple manner which finally got me registered. Also he answered all of my additional questions quickly and fully. I could not have been more pleased.

I recently bought you fantastic program. I am almost 80 years of age. I have been involved in personal computing since 1972. When I first downloaded the program, like a dummy, I did not restart!!!. I got jitters and set the program aside on a busy day. When it comes to computer performance I am a 700 pound Gorilla tearing fully grown trees from the ground as I attack novice computer users through any forest of incompetence!!! Lots of people claim that they can enhance personal computer performance.
NOT ONLY DO YOU CLAIM IT!!!!...YOU DO IT!!!! I cannot be impressed with alleged enhancements...except I am with your system. IT IS ABOUT TIME THAT SOMEONE THOUGHT THIS AREA THROUGH AND YOU HAVE DONE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
